Movie - Roman Holiday (1953)

Roman Holiday is always one of my all-time favourite movies.  In the movie, Princess Ann (Audrey Hepburn) didn't only charm the reporter, Joe Bradley (Gregory Peck), also the audience.  The two actors played so real and you can see the chemistry reacted to each other so much. You can also find the camera man loved Audrey very much because every shot shows Audrey so beautiful.

I also love to see the scenes of Irving and Joe.  Joe was the leader and Irving was his best side-kick.  It maybe not fair to Irving... you can say Irving was Joe's loyal and trustful friend. ^_^

I heard the scene of "The Moment of Truth" was a trick by Gregory Peck and William Wyler.  William wanted to take the natural reaction of Audrey.  So, Gregory pretended to be stuck in the hole, Audrey was so scared and tried her best to pull Greg's hand out; the shot was successful.  Also the scene of "barber", the girl with camera and the girl called the teacher are really William Wyler's two daughters. One thing, I must add is, this is the first film of young Gregory Peck I  ever watched.  I never realized how handsome Gregory was! ^_^  One more thing, the two major parts were originally intended for Cary Grant (The Philadelphia Story) and Elizabeth Taylor (A Place in the Sun).  Which pair do you think better?
